True North Classical Academy is growing, with locations in Kendall and Pinecrest. With this foundation of success, we’re excited to grow our Early Learning Centers for infants through VPK. We are seeking nurturing, patient, and creative early childhood educators to join our team and inspire our youngest learners.

• Teacher Aides (2)

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• Must hold or be eligible for a Professional Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood
• Proficiency in English is essential, with strong skills in instructing, communicating, and engaging young learners effectively
• First Aid and CPR Certified
• Completed 45 hours of childcare training through the Department of Children and Families (DCF)
  • Must be willing to obtain after hire
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Flexible, creative, and adaptive to individual learning needs
• A nurturing, patient personality focused on creating a supportive, engaging environment for young learners
