We are seeking an organized, energetic, and service-oriented Registrar/Administrative Assistant to support our growing Middle/High School campus. This individual will play a key role in maintaining student records, supporting campus operations, and ensuring smooth daily administrative functions.

Role Summary:

The Registrar/Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of student records, data reporting, and daily school functions. This person will support both staff and families through organized, accurate, and timely administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital student records, including cumulative folders, test scores, schedules, transfers, and grade verification.

  • Coordinate the grading process and manage student data including progress reports, failure notices, and assessment preparation.

  • Manage daily attendance entry and reporting, including processing parent and doctor notes and generating summary reports.

  • Support new student enrollment by processing records, requesting information from previous schools, and entering data into the student information system.

  • Assist campus administration with reports, compliance documentation, and student information.

  • Demonstrate consistent punctuality and professionalism.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or school-based roles—experience in a public charter school is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills.

  • Proficient with student information systems, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace.

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and service-driven.
