True North Classical Academies are hiring a Director of Lacrosse!

This was our inaugural year, and we’re seeking a hands-on leader to coach and build our K–12 lacrosse program across multiple campuses.
You’ll serve as our lead coach while laying the foundation for a strong K–6 pipeline and growing a full program from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach student-athletes directly

• Build the K–12 lacrosse program, starting with early grades

• Mentor future coaches and lead program expansion

• Foster a culture of teamwork, character, and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in coaching and program development for lacrosse

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for inspiring young athletes

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
