We are specifically looking for a Algebra, Geometry teachers with a deep understanding of their subject and a commitment to academic excellence. Ideal candidates will be excited to teach Middle and High School students and bring Algebra and Geometry to life within a rigorous, classical framework.

Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Plan and develop rigorous and engaging classroom lessons centered around classical education principles.
- Review and dissect data to identify areas of student growth.
- Provide all students, regardless of socio-economic status, the highest quality education that typically reserved only for the brightest or wealthiest in our society.
- Hold all members of our school community to high expectations in our collective pursuit of truth, beauty, and goodness, grounded in timeless moral principles.
- Elevate classroom learning to develop students’ sense of wonder and a love of learning.
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, and develops a culture of excellence.
- Work cooperatively with True North’s instructional coaches to learn from feedback and improve the quality of instruction.
- Communicate with parents regularly regarding all aspects of their child’s performance and make provisions for being available outside normal hours; work with parents to encourage participation in their child’s learning experiences.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification is not required to teach at True North.
- Candidates must be familiar with and align with the classical liberal arts curriculum and philosophy employed at True North Classical Academy.
- Candidates must see education as a vocation and are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty for the success of all students.

Competitive Compensation: Starting salary for new teachers begins at $52,470, with adjustments based on experience and expertise. Additional compensation includes:
