True North Classical Academy is seeking a responsible, dependable, and assertive individual to support afternoon student supervision and campus closing procedures at our Middle & High School campus.

Working from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, this individual will help maintain a safe, orderly campus during afternoon dismissal, monitor student movement on and around campus, ensure students do not remain in the building without appropriate supervision, and complete end-of-day building checks before securing the Sunset campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise students during afternoon dismissal and as they exit campus.

• Monitor campus areas to help ensure students follow school expectations.

• Identify and address situations involving students who remain on campus without supervision, following school procedures.

• Conduct end-of-day checks of classrooms, hallways, common areas, and other designated spaces.

• Ensure students have exited the building before securing designated areas and locking up at 5:00 PM.

• Communicate concerns or incidents to school leadership promptly.

Ideal Candidate

• Dependable, observant, and comfortable providing direction to middle and high school students.

• Able to maintain a calm, professional presence while enforcing school expectations.

• Strong judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

• Experience in a school, youth program, campus supervision, or a similar setting is preferred.
